I cannot say enough about the impact Square Knot Health has had on my journey with kidney disease and transplantation. When we were referred, I was in late stage kidney disease (diabetes related) but my kidney function was still at a level that kept me ineligible for transplant listing. The process of getting listed, seeking a donor and actually getting a transplant seemed daunting, overwhelming and quite honestly out of reach.
Then we connected with Square Knot and everything changed. They quickly became, and continue to be, a resource to me and my entire family.

Square Knot facilitated record and information sharing with different healthcare providers involved in my care to facilitate getting listed and the continuing coordination of care. Square Knot helped us develop a plan that eased our minds, kept our focus and kept us optimistic about the entire process - which is crucially important for those dealing with end-stage renal disease.
